During the conservation phase, the temperature detected by the probe will be displayed. Parameter "r11" sets the conservation work
setpoint.
To view the cell temperature, press "NEGATIVE BLAST-CHILLING". To restore the normal display, simply press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILL-
ING" again or do nothing for 15 seconds.
To switch off at any time, press "START-STOP".
2B) Soft negative blast-chilling
Soft negative blast-chilling consists of three phases:
- soft blast-chilling phase
- blast-chilling
- conservation
Once a phase has been completed, the device automatically starts the next one.
Before starting the cycle, it is necessary to make sure that the device is "on" and that the keyboard is not locked and that no procedures
are in progress.
To start the cycle, press the "NEGATIVE BLAST-CHILLING" key and then the "SOFT" key. If parameter "r21" is set to "1", it is possible to
switch to a "time-based cycle" by pressing "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING" again.
