To exit the information sequence, press "START/STOP". The selected alarm code will be displayed again.
To exit the procedure:
- exit the information sequence
- press "UP" or "DOWN" or do nothing for 60 seconds.
Deleting HACCP information
To delete the HACCP information:
- make sure that the keyboard is not locked and that no procedures are in progress
- press "DOWN" for 1 second. The first label available will be displayed
- press "UP" or "DOWN" to select "rLS"
- press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING". "0" will appear on the display
- press "UP" or "DOWN" to set "149"
- press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING" or do nothing for 15 seconds. The display will show "- - - -" flashing for 4 seconds and the HACCP
LED will turn off, after which the device will automatically exit the procedure.
If the device has not stored any information concerning the HACCP alarms, the "rLS" label will not be displayed.
SETTING THE CURRENT DATE AND TIME
To set the date and time:
- make sure that the keyboard is not locked and that no procedures are in progress
- press "DOWN" for 1 second. The first label available will be displayed
- press "UP" or "DOWN" to select "rtc"
To set the year:
- press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING". The display will show "yy" followed by the last two digits of the year.
- press "UP" or "DOWN" to change the value
To set the month:
- press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING" while setting the year. The display will show "nn" followed by the last two digits of the month.
- press "UP" or "DOWN" within 15 seconds to change the value
To set the time (in the 24 h format):
- press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING" while setting the month. The display will show "hh" followed by the last two digits of the year.
- press "UP" or "DOWN" within 15 seconds to change the value
To set the minutes:
- press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING" while setting the time. The display will show "nn" followed by the last two digits of the minutes.
- press "UP" or "DOWN" within 15 seconds to change the value
- press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING" or do nothing for 15 seconds. "rtc" will appear on the display again.
To exit the procedure, press "UP" or "DOWN" or do nothing for 60 seconds.
