PRE-CHILLING
Each operating cycle can be preceded by a pre-chilling cycle.
If parameter r22 is set to 0, the pre-chilling cycle can be manual only; if parameter r22 is set to 1, the pre-chilling cycle can be auto-
matic or manual.
To start the pre-chilling cycle in automatic mode, it is necessary to go from the "stand-by" status to "on".
To start a pre-chilling cycle in manual mode:
- make sure that the device is "on" and that no procedures are in progress
- press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING"
To stop the pre-chilling cycle, press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING" or start an operating cycle.
Parameter r12 sets the work setpoint during pre-chilling.
PROBE HEATING

- parameter u11 is set to 1
- the device is on or conservation is in progress and the door is open
- the keyboard is not locked and that no procedures are in progress
- press "DEFROST".
Heating will continue at most until the time set through parameter u6 or until the temperature detected by the probe has reached
the temperature set through parameter u7.
When the doors are closed, the heating is stopped.
At the end of the heating cycle, the buzzer is activated for 1 second.
