Commissioning/functional check
Initialising the control unit
Open the housing cover.
Activate motor protection switch.
Connect the battery (1).
Close the housing cover.
Supply the control unit with mains power.
The initialisation starts and the 4 LEDs illuminate consec-
utively, a signal tone sounds and the wastewater pump is
switched on for a few seconds.
Following successful initialisation, the control unit is ready
for operation and the green Power LED (1) is lit continu-
ously.
Functional check
Disconnect the control unit from the power supply.
Open the system's service access cover.
Completely fill the system tank with water.
Fill the tank up to just below the service access cover.
Restore the control unit power supply.
The control unit indicates a level exceedance.
Ensure that the backflow preventer (1) is in the operating
position (vertical - 2).
The system begins to pump automatically.
If no error messages occur (flashing LEDs), the functional
check/commissioning was successful.
Set the pump post run time (optional)
The "bottom" standard position is planned for the DIP switch. DIP switch "3"
should only be set to the "top" position if a particularly long pump post run time is
required. The default post run time is 1 second. In the "top" position it increases
to 5 seconds. DIP switches 1, 2, 4 must remain in the bottom position.
