2. Intended use

Measurement and display of electric parameters within the range of measurement category II
(max. up to 600 V to ground potential according to EN 61010-1) and all lower categories.
The measuring inputs are protected against overload. The voltage within the circuit under test
must not exceed 600 V.
Do not use the meter when open, i.e. when the rear cover is open or missing. It is not permissible
to use the meter in damp locations or under unsuitable operating conditions.
For safety reasons, only test leads or accessories that match the specifications of this multimeter
must be used for measuring.
It is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in bathrooms,
must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you
use the product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged.
In addition, improper use can cause hazards such as short circuiting, fire, electric shock etc.
Read the instructions carefully and keep them for future reference. Make this product available
to third parties only together with its operating instructions.
This product complies with the statutory national and European requirements.
