• When running the app for the first time, you will be required to enter a project name. Touch

13. MEASUREMENT OPERATION

Never exceed the maximum permissible input values. Do not touch any circuitry
or connection points when voltages exceeding 30 V/ACrms or 42 V/DC might be
applied. Risk of fatal injury!
Measurements on circuits of >30 V/ACrms or >42 V/DC must only be performed
by experts and trained persons that are familiar with the applicable regulations and
any hazards resulting therefrom.
Always check all connected test leads for damages (i.e. cuts, tears or pinching)
before measuring. Cease use of damaged test leads immediately! Risk of fatal
injury!
Do not touch beyond the feelable handle markings on the test leads during
measurement.
Only connect the two test leads required for measuring to the device. For safety
reasons, remove all unnecessary test leads from the device when measuring the
current.
The maximum permissible voltage in the circuit against ground potential may not
exceed 600 V in CAT II.
When conducting measurements with high voltages, always pay attention to your
safety in order to avoid electric shock. Risk of fatal injury!
For your own safety, observe all relevant safety instructions, regulations and safety
measures.
"OL" (overload) appearing in the display indicates that the measuring range has been
exceeded.
