i) Frequency measurement
The input range must meet the following requirements:
≤100 kHz: 300 mV ≤ input range ≤30 Vrms
>100 kHz: 600 mV ≤ input range ≤30 Vrms
Do not apply input voltages higher than 30 Vrms, in order to avoid hazards.
• Connect the red test lead to the

• Connect the measuring tips in parallel to the signal source under test. Use the mobile
software (app) to select the frequency measurement. The readings will be displayed by the
app. For a p-n junction, the readings usually amount to approx. 500 - 800 mV.
• Disconnect the test leads from the measuring object after all measurements have been
completed.

j) Data recording (data logging)

• Touch the >MEM< field in the app to select one of the two modes. Select between normal
mode and start mode.
• Select a sampling rate of 1 to 60 per second.
• Adjust the maximum value, minimum value and sample count in normal mode. Select a
value of 5, 10, 15 or 20 for the sample count. The sample count is the number of normal
data (5, 10, 15 or 20) permissible before and after the set (minimum/maximum) value.
• Use the app to store, delete or transfer data to your mobile device. Select Fix or Overwrite
modes for storing data. Refer to the help function of the app for more information.
• If selecting the Fix storage option, the Data logging status LED flashes once per second,
until 20,000 data entries have been recorded. . If selecting the Overwrite storage option,
the Data logging status LED flashes once per second, until 20,000 data entries have been
recorded. Once 20,000 data entries have been recorded, the status LED starts flashing
once every 0.5 seconds and the app continues to store data, overwriting the oldest data
respectively.
• Press the / PAIR button during storage operation to stop storing. After that, the DMM
will re-establish the Bluetooth
