5.16 Adjusting the waiting times
With this menu you can fine-tune the waiting times bet-
ween the single procedures or process steps.
► Open the menu Settings.
► Open the menu General settings
► Open the menu Times.

Parameter

Subset waiting time Waiting time before and after a program-
med subset in seconds. Only active, if a
value is set.
Bundle waiting
Waiting time before and after a program-
timet
med bundle in seconds. Only active, if a
value is set.
Timeout position
General waiting time between two pro-
cesses in milliseconds
Time after cutting
Waiting time after each cutting process
until a new process starts in milliseconds
Time after drive
Waiting time after the wire has been driven
in cutting position before the cutting pro-
cess starts in milliseconds
Time after Feeder
Waiting time between the positioning of
the feeder motor and the start of the next
cutting process in milliseconds

5.17 Removing a wire from the feeder manu-
ally
If the machine cannot be energised, you can remove a wire
from the feeding tubes manually.
► Make sure that the mains connection cable has been
disconnected from the machine.
► Carefully place the machine on its rear side.
► Unscrew the tool from the underside of the machine.
► Use the tool to release the brake of the respective fee-
ding tube.
5.18 Loading the feeder with wires
Prerequisite: The brake of the respective feeding tube must
be released for loading a wire.
► Move to the starting page.
► Open the menu Feeder
► Tap the desired feeding tube.
► Tap Choose.
The feeder moves the desired feeding tube centrally in
front of the feed rollers.
► Tap Open.
The brake of the feeding tube is released.
► If neccessary, remove a present wire from the feeding
tube.
► Insert the new wire until the wire end reaches the black
line beteween the feed rollers.

► Tap Close.
The brake and the feed rollers are closed and the machine
performs a zero cut.
► Tap the colour area of the active feeding tube.
► Choose the colour of the inserted wire.
► Tap the size value of the active feeding tube.
