What to do
Glass ceramic is more abrasion
resistant than steel. Abrasion marks
caused by this do not represent
damage and can be removed with an
appropriate cleaning agent as a rule.
Use cookware with a clean, even
and smooth bottom (see "Suitable
cookware and its use").
Only use cleaning agents and uten-
sils suitable for glass surfaces (see
cleaning chapter).
Disconnect the hob from the power
supply for at least 12 hours
(switch off the fuse) to reset the
electronics and then switch it on
again.
Make sure that the mains voltage
is 230 volts (if this is not the case,
contact your energy supplier).
Note down the error code,
disconnect the hob from the power
supply and contact a certified elec-
trician.
