7. Troubleshooting
WARNING!

This can be very dangerous, especially if the glass surface
is damaged!
Repairs and modifications are very dangerous
for unqualified persons and can cause damage!
Never carry out repairs or modifications to the appliance
yourself and do not disassemble it!
The following tables list some of the basic problems
that can occur during operation, possible causes and correspond-
ing possible solutions.
This may help you to solve a problem on your own.
If the suggested solutions mentioned above do not solve a problem,
contact the customer service or a suitably qualified specialist!

What to do
Make sure that the hob is fully and
properly connected to an intact pow-
er supply (see relevant chapter).
Check whether a fuse has tripped
or whether there is a power failure in
your home or the surrounding area.
Unlock the control panel
(see "Key lock / Child lock").
Switch on the hob.
