Problem
The sensor keys are
difficult to operate.
The cookware is not
heated and the icon
is displayed.
The heating process
takes an unusually
long time.

What to do
Make sure that the control panel is
completely clean and dry.
Note that a thin film of moisture may
not be visible.
Touch only one key at a time with
the ball of your finger for at least 1
second (see corresponding section).
Use cookware suitable for induction
in a size suitable for the desired cook-
ing zone and position it correctly.

Use cookware with a high proportion
of magnetic particles (see "Suitable
cookware and its use").
Fluctuations of as little as 10 volts
in the mains supply can lead
to a much longer cooking time.
This is by design
and is not a malfunction.
Switch the cooking zone on again
if necessary.
