Stir-frying and wok dishes
• Choose a flat wok suitable for use with glass ceramics
or a large frying pan.
• Have all the ingredients and utensils ready,
as this cooking method is comparatively quick.
If you want to prepare large quantities,
divide them into several portions.
• Preheat the pan briefly and add about
2 tablespoons of oil.
• Always cook meat first, put it aside and keep it warm.
• Stir-fry the vegetables.
Set the power of the cooking zone to a lower level to a lower level
as soon as it is hot but still firm to the bite
and add meat and/or sauce if applicable.
• Stir the ingredients gently to ensure
that they are heated throughout.
• Serve the dish immediately.
