• If during scanning, you found a certain single recording, simply
press " II" within the 3 seconds. Scanning will be stopped and
the current single recording is played.
11. Delete Audio Files
a) Delete a Single Recording
• Press "
" or "
" to select the single recording to be deleted.
Or briefly press "STOP/ DEL" while the single recording which
you would like to delete is played.
• Press again briefly "STOP/ DEL".
On the display, "DEL" is flashing and the
current single recording is played. Thus, you
better can decide whether you would like to
delete it or not.
• While "DEL" is flashing you can select and
play the single recordings by means of"
or "

• Press and hold "STOP/ DEL" for approx. 3
seconds to delete the current single record-
ing. The single recording is deleted and the
flashing indication "DEL" disappears. The
numbers of all following single recordings
will be reduced by "1".
• If you do not want to delete a single recording, briefly press
"STOP/ DEL" or "
II ". The flashing indication "DEL" disappears
and nothing is deleted.

b) Delete all Single Recordings of a File
• The Digital Voice Recorder has to be in stop
mode to delete all single recordings of a file
(A, B, C or D). If you are recording or playing
a recording, briefly press "STOP/ DEL".
• Press and hold "STOP/ DEL" for approx. 3
seconds. The display indicates file "A" and
the indication "DEL" is flashing.
• While "DEL" is flashing you can select the
file to be deleted by means of "FILE/
REPEAT" (A, B, C or D is indicated on the
display).
All single recordings contained in file A, B, C
or D will be deleted!
• Press and hold "STOP/ DEL" again for
approx. 3 seconds to delete the file with the
contained single recordings (01- 99, if exist-
ing).
The file with all single recordings contained
is deleted, the flashing indication "DEL" dis-
appears.
• Briefly press "STOP/ DEL" or another key, if you do not want to
delete the file.
The flashing "DEL" disappears; nothing is deleted.
