• Connect headphones (e.g. the enclosed headphones) to the
headphones output of the Digital Voice Recorder. Via the head-
phones you can directly hear and control the audio signal applied
to the line input.
• Press the "REC/ PAUSE" key to start recording. The red LED on
top of the device starts to light, the display indicates "REC".
The audio signal which is also played via the headphones output
of the Digital Voice Recorder during recording changes slightly.
However, this doe not influence the recorded signal.
The device starts recording and the display indicates the record-
ing time.
• To pause the recording, press again the "REC/ PAUSE" key. The
display indicates "PAUSE" and the red LED is flashing. Press
again the "REC/ PAUSE" key to continue recording. The red LED
now lights permanently.
• Briefly press the "STOP/ DEL" key to stop recording.
