16. Functions in the e-mail Window
If you use another software than "Outlook Express" to send e-mails,
you can skip this part of the operating manual.
a) Settings
• Click on "
" to call up the e-mail window.
• Click on "
" (" CONFIG") to make settings for the e-mail part of
the software "MSC Voice Manager".
Normally, this step has to be done only when starting
the software for the first time.

Here you see all indications and symbols of the
LC display (not all symbols are visible at the
same time at normal operation).

battery status indication: full
half full
almost empty; get new batteries
empty; replace the batteries by new ones
long-play mode is activated
low sensitivity in the recording mode is sel-
ected
repetition of an index
repetition of a certain section of the recor-
ding (A <-> B)
file playback repeating mode
indication for playback position,
recording time, menu indication
