In this case, please delete a certain number of single recordings
or transmit them to the PC before deleting them.
• Never remove the batteries during recording. By a functional
error, the recordings might be deleted. Only replace the batteries
when the device is switched off.
• If you use the integrated microphone, do not cover the micro-
phone opening and do not move the device in order to avoid
sound errors or noise.
• If you use the "VOR" mode, the recording
starts automatically at a certain sound level
and it pauses when the sound level is too
low.
If additionally the microphone sensitivity is set to "low" (" LO
SENSE"), only very loud tones will be recorded.
If you would like to record important conversations or messages,
deactivate the "VOR" mode and set the microphone sensitivity to
"high" (" HI SENSE").

" (" DOWN").
• Select the file (A/ B/ C/ D) into which you would like to store the
audio file:
• Then, the audio file is stored in the selected file (A/ B/ C/ D). The
duration of the transmitting process depends on the size of the
audio file.
As soon as the transmitted audio file appears in the list of column
Å , the transmission is finished.
• Click on button "
" to stop transmission.
c) Delete all Audio Files in the Digital Audio
Recorder
Click on button "
" (" FORMAT") to delete all audio files in the
Digital Voice Recorder.
All audio files (single recordings) of the Digital Voice
Recorder are deleted, they cannot be restored!
