c) Delete all Audio Files
• The Digital Voice Recorder has to be in stop mode to delete all
files (A, B, C and D) and the single recordings contained (01- 99, if
existing). If you are recording or playing a recording, briefly press
"STOP/ DEL".
• Press and hold "STOP/ DEL" for approx. 3
seconds. The display indicates file "A" and
the indication "DEL" is flashing.
• Press "FILE/ REPEAT" until the display indi-
cates "ABCD"
"DEL" and "ALL" are flashing alternately on
the display.
• Press and hold "STOP/ DEL" again for
approx. 3 seconds to delete the 4 files (A/ B/
C/ D) with all single recordings contained
(01- 99, if existing); all audio files recorded
by the Digital Voice Recorder will be
deleted!
The single recording is deleted and the
flashing indication "DEL" disappears. The
numbers of all following single recordings
will be reduced by "1"
• Press "STOP/ DEL" or another key, if you do not want to delete
something. The alternately flashing indications "DEL" and "ALL"
disappear and nothing is deleted.

• Press "MENU/ HOLD" four times. The dis-
play indicates "SP"( or "LP").
• Press "

" to change over
between the two settings.
• Press " II" or
"STOP/ DEL" to confirm the setting.
• The previous function (e.g. recording) will be
continued with the new setting.
e) Short playback of all Single Recordings
When selecting this setting, all single recordings will be played for a
short moment to facilitate scanning to find a certain single recording.
• The setting can be changed both in stop mode and during play-
back (not during recording!).
• Press "MENU/ HOLD" five times.
The display indicates "SCAN".
• Press " II" to start scanning. The beginning
of each single recording will be played for
approx. 3 seconds.
• Press "
" or "
" to switch back and
forth, e.g. if you would like to skip the next
few single recordings or if you would like to
hear again the first 3 seconds of the last few
single recordings. The scanning will not be
interrupted.
