Function check
Electronic high frequency. The ignition unit is switched on
when the torch trigger is pressed
Fan (abbrev. "Lue" in German)
Starts up when torch trigger is pressed
Cooling cycle is actuated when the torch trigger is pressed
Gas solenoid valve is actuated when torch trigger is pressed
Option (Current flow signal / ArHe-switching)
Overvoltage indication (secondary)
The effective of 50V AC and 113V DC may not be exceeded
( - sign). A voltage of 250 V is applied to the output briefly (for
250 ms). The machine must cut out immediately and display
ERR X09 (see chapter 1)
Return position for exiting the function tests
Torch recognition
Standard torch has been recognised
Up/down torch has been recognised

- Use function button to select the sub-menu in which „rEt" (Return)
appears on the left-hand display
- Press function button to exit
- Continue to next test by pressing function button

Depending on what type of torch is connected (standard or /up-down) left-
hand display shows either „Std" (standard torch) or „U-d" (up/down
torch).
