10 UKCA declaration of incorporation
in accordance with the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

We hereby declare that on the date of the declaration the following partly completed machine
complied with all basic safety and health regulations found in the
"Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008".
The declaration shall be rendered invalid if modifications are made to the product.
The product continues to comply with the provisions of the Electromagnetic Compatibility
Regulations 2016 for electromagnetic compatibility.
Product designation:
The partly completed machine may not be put into operation until it has been confirmed that
the machine into which the partly completed machine is to be installed complies with the
provisions of the "Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008".

EN 60204-1: 2018
EN IEC 61000-6-2:2019
EN IEC 61000-6-4:2019
The special technical documentation according to Annex VII, Part B, belonging to the partly
completed machine, has been created.
