Contact working electrode
Two gold-plated contact screws (4 mm multilam plugs) press onto the working electrode
from the working electrode holder's backside. If the contact is not sufficient, the multilam
plugs can be tightened with a socket spanner.
Make sure that these plugs are clean. Replace these plugs if the gold-plated layer no
longer looks sufficiently good. This also applies to all test leads.
Contact screw
Generally, the working electrode
holder is made of PTFE. Optional
Gaskatel offers a transparent working
electrode holder made of PMMA
(plexiglass). This one allows a better
view on the working electrode and is
recommended for measurements on
gas diffusion electrodes.
