Safety instructions

The test cell ElyFlow is only intended for the above-mentioned
purpose.
The manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting from improper
use.
Observe the following instructions, otherwise the test cell may be
damaged, or measurement results may be falsified.
When working with chemicals, all relevant safety regulations of the
manufacturer and the laboratory must be observed.
The cell heater and / or the cell current you apply can heat the test
cell over 80°C.
The test cell must be placed on a base that is insensitive to heat.
Do not place heat sensitive things on the test cell.
Do not place inflammable things near the test cell.
Pay attention to a correct lining of your measurement and heating
cable.
Select cable insulations with a reasonable temperature specification.
Else there is a risk of an electrical shortcut and fire hazard.
Electrolyte vapors are constantly emitted from the test cell according
to the vapour pressure curve.
The test cell should be operated on a laboratory tray that can safely
hold the entire filled electrolyte volume in case of leakage.
Protect electrical / electronic equipment by a large distance,
partitions, or operation under a fume cupboard.
Wear safety glasses.
Wear protective gloves.
The operator of the test cell must be equipped with adequate
laboratory protective equipment according to the safety data sheets
and specifications for your electrolyte.
