About these instructions

Intended use

Please consider the Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
The test cell ElyFlow is suitable for electrochemical measurements on gas diffusion
electrodes and other flat samples such as metals.
The test cells are designed for the typical three-electrode set-up. A counter electrode is
already integrated.
The test cell ElyFlow can be heated via an integrated heating element. They may only be
operated with the Gaskatel temperature control box 83900 or Gaskatel Control Box TP
83700.
The test cell ElyFlow may be operated up to 100°C. In case of using the working
electrode holder made of PMMA, the cell may be operated up to 80°C.
The filling level of the electrolyte must be checked regularly, as the level can change
significantly during the measurement. Alternatively, the electrolyte can be pumped with
electrolyte pumps.
The measuring cells may only be operated in a laboratory environment.
