4.4. Removing the battery

Ҍ Place the battery on a clean, dry surface once you have removed it.
Ҍ Ensure that no dirt and/or moisture enters the battery connector.
Ҍ Keep the battery locked into place at all times during use to prevent the battery from falling
out of the holder.
Follow the steps below to unlock and remove the battery from the e-bike.
1. Open the battery cover y.
2. Insert the bike key f into the lock of the battery holder g.
3. Turn the bike key
4. Press the lock j on the top of the battery.
5. Carefully tilt the top of the battery out of the upper battery holder h.
6. Lift the battery k out of the lower battery holder z.
7. Remove the bike key f from the lock of the battery holder g.
NOTICE
To ensure that others cannot remove the bike key, do not leave the bike key in the lock.
