1. Preface

Thank you for choosing Dutch ID!
We develop e-bikes that conquer your heart. With a minimalist, modern design and excellent
cycling comfort. As a result of which you cycle more often, live more actively and enjoy your
freedom. We believe that the e-bike is a great alternative to the car, for commuting and for
relaxed trips in your spare time.

1.1. Purpose of this manual

This manual is written for the end user of the Dutch ID Phantom. In this manual, you will find
all the information you need to safely and correctly use, maintain and inspect the Dutch ID
Phantom. Ensure you have read and understood this manual in full before using, inspecting or
maintaining the Dutch ID Phantom.
We advise you to keep this document in good condition at all times for future use.
If the Dutch ID Phantom does not operate according to the instructions and/or if you are unsure
about the (contents and explanation of the) instructions or about the safe operation of the Dutch
ID Phantom in general, do not use the Dutch ID Phantom and contact Dutch ID or your dealer.

Various symbols are used in this manual. The summary below shows these symbols and what
they mean.
