The Erivo complies with all applicable sections of EN 12184 for electrically powered wheelchairs, as well as the relevant

normative references of this standard, in particular ISO 7176-14 and EN 1021-2 (or equivalent ISO 8191-2).
It is therefore in compliance with the EU Medical Devices Regulation 2017/745 (MDR) and is classified as a Class I medical
device as per said Regulation.

There are labels on the Erivo components which include various product details or warnings. The following illustrations are for example pur-
poses only.

Warning: Hot surface
The surfaces of the drive motors can heat up if they run for a prolonged period of time
Warning: Risk of crushing.
There is a risk of hands being crushed at the locations marked on the Erivo, especially when fold-
ing the wheelchair.
Operating mode
Set the operating mode with the lever [10].
N= push mode
D= electric motor operation
System label on the interface
The system label provides information about key technical data of
the Erivo and makes it possible, if necessary, to trace the system.
