Intended use
This manual is the basis for handling the
appliance.
Read and follow the instructions care-
fully before installing and operating the
appliance.
The manufacturer is not responsible for
any injury, damage or problems caused by
failure to follow the instructions, incorrect
installation or improper handling.
To avoid injury or damage and to ensure
trouble-free operation of the appliance,
follow the instructions below:
• Keep children under 8 years and pets at a
safe distance from the appliance and its
cord.
• Children aged 8 years and above, or per-
sons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, lack of experience or
knowledge, may only use, clean or gene-
rally maintain this appliance if they are
supervised or have been given supervi-
sion or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved.
• Make sure that children cannot play with
or on the appliance, its components or
near the appliance.
• The appliance is only intended for installa-
tion in a kitchen furniture. For installation,
follow the instructions in the correspon-
ding chapter.
• The appliance is designed for private use
in a domestic environment and is inten-
ded for preparing, heating and keeping
food and drinks warm.
Use it exclusively for its intended purpo-
se!
• The appliance is not intended for operati-
on via a separate remote control or ope-
ration via an external timer.
• When operating the appliance for the first
time,
insulating materials and heating elements
may cause
a particular smell and also light smoke.
This is normal and harmless.
In this case, let the appliance run empty
until these have dissipated and then wipe
out the cooking chamber with a damp
cloth.
You can then use the oven to heat food.
• Unused appliances are a safety hazard.
Never leave the appliance switched on
unused
and disconnect it from the power supply
if you are not going to use it for a long
period of time.
