Intended use

• Read these instructions carefully be-
fore unpacking the appliance. Only
then will you be able to operate it safe-
ly and correctly.
It is strongly recommended that you
keep the operating and assembly
instructions for future use or for other
users.
• The appliance is intended for installa-
tion in a suitable piece of furniture.
It must not be installed behind a decor
/ door to avoid overheating.
Observe the installation instructions.
• Check the appliance for damage after
unpacking.
Do not connect the appliance if it is
damaged.
If necessary, contact customer service
or qualified service personnel.
• The appliance may only be used for
preparing food and drinks indoors and
must be supervised during operation.
• The microwave function is intended for
heating food and drinks. Drying food
or clothing and heating warming pads,
textiles and the like can cause a risk of
injury or fire.

• This appliance can only be used by
children over 8 years of age and by
persons with reduced physical, sen-
sory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards
involved.
• Children must not play with, on or next
to the appliance.
• Children may only clean the appliance
or carry out general maintenance if
they are at least 8 years old and are
under supervision.
• Keep children under 8 years of age at a
safe distance from the appliance and
the power cord.
• When operating the appliance for the
first time,
insulating materials and heating ele-
ments may cause
a particular smell and also light smoke.
This is normal and harmless.
In this case, heat the appliance emp-
ty until they have dissipated and then
wipe out the cooking chamber with a
damp cloth before heating food in it.
• If you are not going to use the appli-
ance for a long time, disconnect it from
the mains.
