Using the meat probe
The meat probe monitors the temperature inside a dish
(core). For this, a target temperature is determined.
When it has been reached, the dish is considered ready
and the oven switches off automatically.
• In standby mode, connect themeat probe to the connection
socket at the top right at the front of the cooking chamber,
by unscrewing the cap nut, keeping it secure and inserting
the shorter metal end of the meat probe into the opening.
• When the meat probe has been detected,

• The small display will show the temperature and the large
display „Prob".
• When the set target core temperature is reached, this will
be shown on the display.
Five beeps will signal the end of the cooking process.
• When you no longer need the meat probe and disconnect
it from the appliance, screw the cap nut back onto the con-
nection opening. To do this, let the appliance cool down to
a safe temperature.

Notes:
• The target core temperature can be set in the range
50 - 150 °C. The operating temperature of the oven
is 165°C.
• It is not possible to activate the meat probe in the
oven lighting and defrosting modes.
• If you unplug the meat probe from the socket, the
current operation will be canceled.
• If the display shows „ER-3" after the programme has
been started, this means a problem with the meat
probe. Please contact a qualified technician.
