INSTALL THE PLATE
2. Assemble the anchors (38) to the anchor plate (2) using the nuts (27). Run the nuts (27) down to
the bottom of the threads, allowing as much thread as possible to show.
3. Fill the hole with concrete, stopping about 18" from the top of the hole
4. Arrange the 4 pieces of the rebar (39) in a square about 8" wide in the center of the hole and
insert the rebar (39) to the bottom of the hole.
