Care and Maintence
The following tips will help you maintain your system:
• Keep organic material away from pole base. Grass, littler, etc. could cause corrosion and/or deterioration.
• Semi-annually, lubricate any moving parts using the installed grease fittings (A-E) in the arms and lift. As with
any mechanical component periodic inspection and service is required.
• Clean the backboard periodically with a glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
• Wipe down the system with a mild detergent and soft cloth. Finishing with an automotive-type protectant will
help keep your system looking it's best.
• Do not use abrasive or corrosive materials when cleaning your system.
• Routinely inspect your system for loose hardware, excessive wear, and signs of corrosion. Repair before use.
