4. Attach the U Turn® Pro Lift assembly (9) to the lower yoke arm (10).
5. Insert the hinge pin (33), and secure with the washers (37), lockwashers (32), and bolts (35) on
each side. Fully tighten.

6. Install the sticker (8) to the back side of the pole (1).
