■ Avoid direct contact.
■ Only touch oven door by the handle.
CAUTION!

Flammable materials can catch fi re du-
ring cooking.
■ Never leave the built-in oven unatten-
ded while grilling.
■ Do not cover cakes or roasts being
cooked in the built-in oven with ba-
king parchment.
■ Do not allow food, baking parchment
and aluminium foil to come into con-
tact with the heating elements.
■ Do not store temperature-sensitive,
combustible or fl ammable objects in
the built-in oven.
■ Do not leave the built-in oven unat-
tended while cooking food in oil and
grease or with alcohol. The food may
spontaneously ignite.
■ Only use temperature sensors recom-
mended for this built-in oven.
Operation

Pausing/ending operation

You can briefly pause or end the current ope-
ration in any heating method with the button
(17) :

– Press the button (17) once to pause ope-
ration: the heating is switched off, the cou-
pling fan continues to run - depending on
temperature. The displays for temperature
and cooking time blink.
– Briefly tap the button
operation.
– Press the button (17) twice to end the
operation and switch the built-in oven off.

Switching off the built-in oven

• To switch off the built-in oven, press the
button (17) twice.
After the appliance has switched off, the
cooking compartment light goes off and
the time is displayed.
