NOTE
The
reuse
of
the
adversely affects the washing
and sanitization effect. The
mix cannot be reused.
If required by local regulations,
follow these steps every day.
To make it easier to clean the
machine, we recommend melting the
ice cream left inside the machine as
follows:
Step 1
Set the machine to STOP.
Press and rotate the overrun regulator
to remove it.
NOTE
If the machine has still the
product inside, it is necessary
to release the pressure inside
the cylinder (see paragraph
"Disassembly of the pump").
Turn the bayonet joint and release
it from the pump body, as indicated
in the figure.
Step 2
Rotate the compression pipe by
90° and remove it from the hopper.
Respect the position and the rota-
tion direction of the compression
pipe, as indicated in the figure.
Step 3
Remove the bayonet joint and
remove the non-return valve and the
gaskets from the compression pipe.
Step 4
Completely unscrew the fastening
knobs and remove the pump from
the hopper.
In this sequence, first remove the
pump cover and then the pump body
with its gears.
Step 5
Remove the gears from the pump
body.
WARNING
Do not use tools to extract the
gears; use your hands and
pay attention to any impact
or fall that can damage them.

chine, en exécutant les opérations

Step 1
Programmer la machine sur STOP.
Appuyer et tourner le régulateur d'o-
verrun pour l'enlever.
NOTE
Si la machine a encore du
produit à l'intérieur, il faut
libérer la pression à l'intérieur
du cylindre (consulter le para-
graphe «Démontage de la
pompe»).
Faire tourner le raccord à baïon-
nette et le détacher du corps de
la pompe, comme indiqué sur la
figure.
Step 2
Faire tourner le tuyau de compres-
sion de 90° et l'extraire de la cuve.
Respecter la position et le sens de
rotation du tuyau de compression,
comme indiqué sur la figure.
Step 3
Enlever le raccord à baïonnette, et
ôter du tuyau de compression la
soupape anti-retour et les joints.
Step 4
Dévisser complètement les ècrons
de serrage et enlever la pompe de
la cuve. En séquence, enlever tout
d'abord le couvercle de la pompe et,
ensuite, le corps de la pompe avec
ses engrenages.
Step 5
Extraire les engrenages du corps
de la pompe.
ATTENTION
Ne pas utiliser d'outils pour
extraire
les

Step 1

schine vorhanden ist, muss der
Druck im Zylinder abgelassen
werden (siehe Abschnitt „Ab-
montieren der Pumpe").
Den Bajonettverschluss drehen und
gemäß Abbildung vom Pumpenkörper
lösen.
Step 2
Das Druckrohr um 90° drehen und
dieses aus der Wanne ausnehmen.
Die Position und die Drehrichtung
des Druckrohrs beobachten, wie es
in der Abbildung dargestellt ist.
Step 3
Den Bajonettverschluss ausziehen und
das Rückschlagventil sowie die Dich-
tungen vom Druckrohr abnehmen.
Step 4
Die Befestigungsknöpfe komplett
ausschrauben und die Pumpe aus
der Wanne nehmen.
Nacheinander, zuerst den Pumpen-
deckel und dann den Pumpenkörper
mit den Zahnrädern entfernen.
Step 5
Die Zahnräder aus dem Pumpen-
körper nehmen.
ACHTUNG
Zum Abnehmen der Zahn-
räder keine Werkzeuge ver-
wenden; von Hand arbeiten
und äußerst sorgfältig darauf
engrenages:
achten, jeden Aufprall oder
ein Herabfallen zu vermei-
den, da dies die Zahnräder
beschädigen könnte.

бункера.
В этой последовательности, снача-
ла снимите крышку насоса, а затем
корпус насоса с шестернями.
Этап 5
Извлеките шестерни из корпуса
насоса.
ВНИМАНИЕ
Не используйте инструменты
для извлечения шестеренок;
выполните эту операцию рука-
ми и обратите внимание, что
любой удар или падение может
их повредить.
