PRODUCTION
In the above mode of operation (C),
the machine produces the ice cream
and keeps in àutomatic a constant
spare quantity inside the cylinder.
The liquid mix is kept at a refrigerated
temperature in the storage hopper.
When the motor and the compressor
stop, the machine is ready for the
delivery of ice cream.
An icon (G) on the home page pro-
gressively gets light blue to show the
production progress.
STORAGE
The
Storage
mode
makes
machine cool all the mix contained in
the unit at an adjustable temperature
from 2°C to 4°C (from
36°F to 39°F), saving a considerable
amount of energy during slack
periods (during closing times or at
night). The mix storage temperature
is displayed on the touch screen
monitor placed on the front panel.
To display the storage temperature,
see paragraph: "Storage hopper
temperature display".
The storage function can NOT be
used to replace the procedures of
cleaning and sanitizing.
To operate the machine in this mode,
select STORAGE on the touch screen
monitor (D).
CLEANING
The motor rotation allows to release
the mixture to empty and wash the
machine.
A countdown displays the remaining
time to the end of the cleaning cycle
(E).
STOP
It is the machine security status.
All functions are deactivated, the
mixture is not kept refrigerated (F).

PRODUCTION
Dans la modalité de fonctionnement
susdite (C), la machine produit la
glace et maintient de manière auto-
matique une réserve constante à
l'intérieur du cylindre. Le mélange li-
quide se conserve à une température
réfrigérée dans la cuve de conserva-
tion. Quand le moteur et le compres-
seur s'arrêtent, la machine est prête
pour la distribution de la glace.
Une icône (G) sur la page d'accueil
devient bleu progressivement pour
montrer le progrès de la production.
CONSERVATION
the
La modalité de fonctionnement en
CONSERVATION fait que la ma-
chine refroidit tout le produit contenu
à une température comprise entre
2°C et 4°C (entre 36°F et 39°F), ce
qui garantit une économie d'énergie
considérable pendant les moments
où la machine n'est pas utilisée
(durant les heures de fermeture ou
la nuit). La température de conser-
vation du mélange est visualisée par
l'écran tactile présent sur la façade
de la machine.
Pour la visualisation de la tempéra-
ture de conservation, voir le para-
graphe:
"Viualisation de la température de la
cuve de conservation».
On NE doit PAS utiliser la fonction
de conservation pour remplacer les
procédures de nettoyage et de désin-
fection.
Pour faire fonctionner la machine en
cette modalité, programmer la fonc-
tion de CONSERVATION en utilisant
l'écran tactile (D).
NETTOYAGE
La rotation du moteur permet de
faire sortir le mélange pour vider et
nettoyer la machine.
Un compte à rebours indique le
temps restant jusqu'à la fin du cycle
de lavage (E).
STOP
Il est l'état de sécurité de la machine.
Toutes les fonctions sont désactivées,
le mélange n'est pas maintenu réfri-
géré (F).

In der erwähnten Betriebsart stellt (C)
die Maschine das Eis her und hält
automatisch einen konstanten Vorrat
im Zylinder bereit. Die flüssige Mi-
schung wird gekühlt in der Konser-
vierungswanne aufbewahrt. Wenn
der Motor und der Kompressor still-
stehen, ist die Maschine für die Eis-
ausgabe bereit.
Eine Ikone (G) auf der Homepage
färbt sich nach und nach blau, um
den Fortschritt der Produktion anzu-
zeigen.
KONSERVIERUNG
Die Funktionsart NACHTKONSER-
VIERUNG stellt die Maschine auf die
Kühlung des ganzen darin enthalte-
nen Produkts auf eine von 2°C bis
4°C (von 36°F bis 39°F) regulierba-
re Temperatur ein, was eine beträcht-
liche Energieersparnis während der
Ruhezeit der Maschine ermöglicht
(in den Schließzeiten oder über
Nacht). Die Konservierungstempe-
ratur der Mischung wird durch das
Touchscreen-Display auf der Vorder-
seite der Maschine angezeigt (siehe
Abschnitt "Anzeigen der Temperatur
in der Konservierungswanne").
Die
Konservierungsfunktion
NICHT verwendet werden, um das
Wasch-oder Hygienisierungsverfah-
ren zu ersetzen.
Zum Gebrauch der Maschine in
dieser Betriebsart wählt man KON-
SERVIERUNG auf dem Touchscreen-
Display (D).
WASCHEN
Mit dem Waschprogramm kann das
Produkt abgelassen werden um die
Maschine zu reinigen.
Ein Countdown zeigt die verblei-
bende Zeit bis zum Ende des Reini-
gungszyklus an (E).
STOP
Das ist der Maschinensicherheitssta-
tus. Alle Funktionen sind deaktiviert,
das Produkt wird nicht gekühlt (F).

ХРАНЕНИЕ
Режим хранения (Storage) позволяет
машине
охлаждать
находящуюся в машине, обеспечивая
регулируемую температуру от 2°C до
4°C (от
36°F до 39°F), экономя значительное
количество
энергии
слабой нагрузки (в нерабочее время
или ночью). Температура хранения
смеси отображается на сенсорном
мониторе,
расположенном
передней панели.
