Assembly of the LS1 beater
Step 1
Lubricate the final part of the
gasket, which will be in contact
with the cylinder, as indicated in
the figure.
Install the gasket of the beater.
NOTE
Check the gasket for signs
of wear, cracks or cuts.
Step 2
Mount the 3 scrapers on the beater
body.
Insert the worm and rotate slightly so
that the slot is in correspondence of
the gauge on the beater body.
Step 3
Insert the beater in the freezing
cylinder; align the hole at the bottom
of the beater, so as to couple it to the
drive shaft.
NOTE
The gasket shall be replaced
every 6 months.
Gently rotate the beater to make
sure that it is firmly seated on the
drive shaft.
Once in position, the worm must not
protrude from the freezing cylinder.
NOTE
The difference between the
edge of the cylinder and that
of the beater must not exceed
3 mm.
Step 4
Place the counter rotating shaft,
making sure that the holes are
positioned as shown in the figure.

Assemblage de l'agitateur LS1
Step 1
Lubrifier la partie finale du joint qui
sera en contact avec le cylindre,
comme indiqué sur la figure.
Monter le joint de l'agitateur.
NOTE
Vérifier que le joint ne
montre aucun signe d'usure,
ni de fissures ni de coupures.
Step 2
Monter les 3 patins sur le corps de
l'agitateur.
Insérer la vis sans fin et la faire
tourner légèrement de sorte que
la rainure se trouve en correspon-
dance avec la butée présente sur le
corps de l'agitateur.
Step 3
Insérer l'agitateur dans le cylindre
de foisonnement ; aligner le trou au
fond de l'agitateur pour le coupler
avec l'arbre de transmission.
NOTE
Il faut remplacer le joint tous
les 6 mois.
Tourner légèrement l'agitateur, pour
vérifier qu'il est bien inséré sur
l'arbre de transmission.
Une fois dans sa position, la vis sans
fin ne doit pas sortir du cylindre de
foisonnemen
NOTE
La différence entre le bord du
cylindre et celui de l'agitateur
ne doit pas dépasser les 3 mm.
Step 4
Insérer l'arbre contrarotatif, en
faisant attention à ce que les trous
soient situés comme indiqué sur la
figure.

Zusammenbau des LS1-
Rührwerks
Step 1
Das Ende der mit dem Zylinder in
Kontakt kommenden Dichtung wie auf
der Abbildung dargestellt schmieren.
Die Rührwerkdichtung anbringen.
HINWEIS
Sicherstellen, dass die Dichtung
keine Verschleißspuren, Risse
oder Schnitte aufweist.
Step 2
3 Schaber auf dem Rührwerkkörper
anbringen.
Die Schnecke einführen und leicht
drehen, damit die Nut mit dem auf
dem Rührwerkkörper vorhandenen
Anschlag übereinstimmt.
Step 3
Das Rührwerk in den Produktionszy-
linder einführen; die untere Öffnung
so mit dem Rührwerk ausrichten,
dass dieses mit der Antriebswelle
gekoppelt werden kann.
HINWEIS
Jede 6 Monate soll die
Dichtung ersetzt werden.
Das
Rührwerk
leicht
drehen
sicherzustellen, dass es richtig auf der
Antriebswelle eingeführt ist.
Wenn sich das Rührwerk in der richtigen
Position befindet, die Schnecke darf
nicht aus dem Produktionszylinder
herausragen.
HINWEIS
Der Unterschied zwischen dem
Zylinderrand und jenem des
Rührwerks darf nicht mehr als
3 mm betragen.
Step 4
Die gegendrehende Welle einführen
und dabei darauf achten, dass die
Löcher gemäß Abbildung positio-
niert sind.

Монтаж взбивателя LS1
Этап 1
Смажьте часть прокладки, которая будет
в контакте с цилиндром, как обозначено
на рисунке.
Установите прокладку взбивателя.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ
Проверьте прокладку на признаки
изнашивания, присутствие трещин
или порезов.
Этап 2
Установите 3 скребка на корпус взбива-
теля.
Вставьте шнек и слегка поверните так,
чтобы паз совпал с отметкой на корпусе
венчика.
Этап 3
Вставьте взбиватель в морозильный
цилиндр; совместите отверстие в ниж-
ней части взбивателя, чтобы соеди-
нить его с приводным валом.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ
Прокладка подлежит замене
один раз в 6 месяцев.
Осторожно поверните взбиватель,
чтобы убедиться, что он надежно за-
креплен на приводном валу.

жен выступать за пределы морозиль-
ного цилиндра.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ
Расстояние между краем ци-
линдра и краем взбивателя не

Установите
