12.1 I/O-Port pin assignment (Sub-D 15, male)

All inputs and outputs NPN (active at 0V) .

12.2 Sensor connection (M8, flange socket, 4-pin)

Predefined connection to the pressure sensor FlowPlus16 (item number 505155)
ACTIVATE: Acceptance of the bit word (PROG1,
PROG2)
START Sensor: Start measurement (if EXTERN is
selected in software)
ERROR: Output at the end of the measure-
ment if the limits of the reference
curve have been exceeded within a
block .
WARNING: Output at the end of the measure-
ment if the trace has approached
75% of the limit of the reference
trace within a block (not exceeded)
LIMIT: Direct output when the limit set in
the software is exceeded (serves to
protect the pressure sensors)
PROG1: Together with PROG2 selection of
reference curve 1-4 by means of bit
word
PROG2: Together with PROG1 selection of
reference curve 1-4 by means of bit
word
The I/O monitor in the SETTINGS menu shows
by a color change whether a signal is present
or not:
gray - no signal
blue - signal present
