Ball valve type 342
Disassembly valve body
1. Consider suitable protective equipment according to the regulations of the plant operator.
2. Shut down the plant or plant section.
3. Secure against reactivation.
4. Depressurize the plant or plant section.
5. Unscrew nuts 1 completely, see Figure 15.
6. Pull out screws 3.
7. Remove ball valve 2.

Assembly actuator on valve body
1. Ensure that the recess on the square 3 of the ball valve corresponds to the marking 1 of the position
indicator, if necessary turn the square to the correct position, see Figure 14.
2. Place actuator 2 on square and align if necessary.
3. Screw in screws 6 with washers 5 by hand.
4. Tighten screws 6 evenly crosswise hand-tight.
5. Connect control medium.
