B) Switching Dcf Reception Off And On, Starting Dcf Search - Eurochron EFWS 900 S Bedienungsanleitung

If no correct time is displayed at initial commissioning even after 8 minutes due to
reception problems, start a new reception attempt. Proceed as described in chapter
10. b).
For more information on what to observe when selecting the site of setup
for the weather station, see chapters "16. Troubleshooting" and "17. Range";
they also offer information on what to try to achieve perfect DCF signal
reception.
If no DCF reception is possible at the weather station setup site, set the
time and date manually; see chapter 12. a).

b) Switching DCF Reception Off and On, Starting DCF Search

keep the button "" (10) pressed for about 3 seconds to switch the DCF reception
on or off.

When switching off, the DCF signal to the left of the time display disappears.

When the DCF signal is switched on, the weather station then scans for the DCF
signal. This takes about 5 minutes; the DCF icon flashes.
Do not move the weather station during this time and do not press any button.
If no DCF reception is possible at the weather station setup site, set the
time and date manually; see chapter 12. a).
