B) Switching Dcf Reception Off/On, Starting Dcf Search - Eurochron EFWS 310i Bedienungsanleitung

The reception icon (15) indicates the strength of the DCF signal:
If at start-up, no correct time is displayed even after 10 minutes due to reception problems,
manually start a new reception attempt. Proceed as described in chapter 10. b).
Please see chapters 16 and 17 for more information on what to observe when
selecting a set-up site for the weather station and what you can undertake to achieve
perfect reception of the DCF signal.
If no DCF reception is possible at the weather station set-up site, set the time and date
manually; see chapter 12. a).

b) Switching DCF reception off/on, starting DCF search

To switch DCF reception on/off, press and hold the ▲ button (3) for 3 seconds.
• When you switch off DCF reception, the reception icon (15) disappears.
• When you switch on DCF reception, the weather station scans for the DCF signal. The
number of circles visible depends on the strength of the DCF signal.
