b) Switching on the transmitter
Check the correct power supply of the transmitter by putting it into brief operation for test purposes.
To do this, slide the on/off switch (see also Figure 1, no.
7) from the right "OFF" position to the left "ON" position.
The transmitter emits a short beep and the LED indicator
(see also Figure 1, no. 12) starts to flash slowly. All display
items will go on at the same time.
Now move the joystick for the pitch and tail function (see
also Figure 1, no. 11) to the uppermost position. The
transmitter emits another beep and the LED indicator now
flashes quickly.
Then move the joystick for the pitch and tail function to the
lowest position. The transmitter emits a long beep and the
LED indicator glows steadily.

Then move the joystick back to the middle position. Now
the display (2) shows only the items shown in Figure 2.
Sliding the on/off switch back to the right turns the transmitter off.
As the transmitter batteries get weaker, the four bars of the battery indicator gradually disappear from the display (see
Figure 2, no. 4).
When the battery voltage is no longer sufficient to support the operation of the transmitter, the red LED indicator (see
Figure 4, no. 12) starts to flash slowly. The transmitter also emits regular short beeps.
In this case, immediately terminate the operation of the helicopter and insert a set of new batteries into the transmitter.
