GOAL: STRENGTHENING - AN ISOTONIC EXERCISE
BASELINE EXERCISE
PLACE TOOL 4 ON THE PALATE, BEHIND THE FRONT TEETH
PRESS AND MAINTAIN ELEVATION OF THE BACK TOP SURFACE
OF THE TONGUE AGAINST TEXTURED FORM AS LONG AS
