Espressions is very safety-conscious in the design and manufacture
of consumer products, but it is essential that the user of the product
also exercises care when using electrical appliances. The list below
contains regulations that are essential for the safe use of electrical
appliances:

Carefully read and retain all instructions supplied with the appliance.
• Never plug the appliance into a power socket with wet hands.
• Only connect the machine to an earthed and easily accessible socket.
• Switch the machine off and remove the plug from the socket when
the machine is not in use and before cleaning.
• Before cleaning or removing parts, allow them to cool down.
• Do not use the machine with an extension cord.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
• The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the
appliance is in operation.
• Never leave the appliance unattended when in use.
• Do not use the appliance for purposes other than those for which it
is intended.
• Never place the unit on or near a hot gas flame, electric element or
in a heated oven.
• Do not allow the power cable of the appliance to hang over an edge,
table or counter, or to touch a hot surface.
• Inspect the power cable before first use and periodically throughout
the product's life to ensure that it is not damaged. If the power
cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service centre or a third party with sufficient qualifications to
prevent any risk.

Never immerse the cord or (any part of) the appliance in water or
any other liquid. This is to prevent electric shocks.
• Appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external
timer or a separate remote control system.
• This appliance is intended for domestic use and is not designed for
intensive professional use.
• Do not use outdoors.
