Instandsetzung
Die Instandsetzung von defekten Instrumenten darf
nur durch von uns autorisierte Personen und unter
Verwendung von Originalteilen erfolgen.

Verantwortlichkeit
Als Lieferant dieses Instrumentes betrachten
wir uns für die Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit
und Leistung des Instrumentes nur dann als
verantwortlich, wenn:
Montage, Erweiterung, Neueinstellungen,
Änderungen oder Reparaturen durch von
KARL STORZ autorisierte Personen durchgeführt
werden und das Instrument in Übereinstimmung
mit der Gebrauchsanweisung verwendet wird.

Garantie
Die Garantiegewährleistungen können Sie
den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von
KARL STORZ entnehmen.
Das Medizinprodukt ist immer an die für
Sie zuständige Niederlassung (siehe Kapitel
„Niederlassungen") auch während der Garantiezeit
einzusenden.
Eigenmächtiges Öffnen, Reparaturen und
Änderungen am Gerät durch nicht autorisierte
Personen entbinden uns von jeglicher Haftung
für die Betriebssicherheit des Gerätes. Während
der Garantiezeit erlischt dadurch jegliche
Gewährleistung.

Wartung
Eine vorbeugende Wartung ist nicht zwingend erfor-
derlich. Regelmäßige Wartungen können aber dazu
beitragen, eventuelle Störungen frühzeitig zu erkennen
und so die Sicherheit und Lebensdauer des Gerätes
zu erhöhen.
Wartungsdienste können bei Ihrer zuständigen
Gebietsvertretung oder beim Hersteller erfragt werden.

Servicing and repair
Defective items of equipment must be serviced and
repaired exclusively by persons authorized by us;
all repair work must employ original parts.
8. 2
Limitation of liability
KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG shall be liable for the
failure or a deterioration in the safe operation, oper-
ational reliability, and performance of this equip-
ment only subject to the conditions that all assem-
bly, operations, system expansions, readjustments,
modifications, or repairs to the same have been
performed by persons authorized by KARL STORZ,
and that the instrument has been used in accor-
dance with its operating instructions at all times.

Warranty
The warranties provided can be found in the
Standard Conditions of Business of KARL STORZ.
The medical device must always be sent to your
local subsidiary (see 'Subsidiaries' section), even
during the warranty period.
Opening the equipment or performance of any
repairs or modifications to the equipment by
unauthorized persons shall relieve us of any liability
for its performance. Any such opening, repair, or
modification performed during the warranty period
shall void all warranty.

Maintenance
Preventive maintenance is not essential. Regular
maintenance can, however, contribute to identifying
potential problems before they become serious,
thus enhancing the device's reliability and extending
its useful service life.
Maintenance services can be requested from your
local representative or from the manufacturer.

Reparaciones
Los instrumentos averiados solo deberán ser
reparados por personas autorizadas por nuestra
empresa y utilizando piezas de repuesto originales.

Responsabilidad
Como proveedores de este instrumento,
únicamente nos consideramos responsables de
la seguridad, la fiabilidad y las prestaciones del
mismo en caso de que:
Montaje, ampliaciones, reajustes, modificaciones
o reparaciones se realicen exclusivamente a cargo
de las personas autorizadas por KARL STORZ y
el instrumento se utilice en concordancia con el
Manual de instrucciones.

Garantía
Las condiciones de garantía están especificadas
en las condiciones generales de venta de
KARL STORZ.
El producto médico debe enviarse siempre
a la sucursal competente (véase el capítulo
"Sociedades distribuidoras"), también durante el
período de garantía.
Toda manipulación no autorizada, ya sea la
apertura, reparación o modificación del equipo,
nos exime de cualquier responsabilidad en relación
con la seguridad de su funcionamiento. Durante
el período previsto, cualquier manipulación no
autorizada rescindirá la garantía.

Mantenimiento
El equipo no requiere necesariamente
mantenimiento preventivo. Sin embargo, un
mantenimiento periódico puede contribuir a
detectar a tiempo posibles averías, aumentando así
la seguridad y la vida útil del equipo.
Puede solicitar la realización del mantenimiento a
su representante local o al fabricante.
