Verantwortlichkeit
Als Hersteller dieses Medizinproduktes betrachten
wir uns für die Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und
Leistung des Medizinproduktes nur dann als
verantwortlich, wenn:
• Montage, Erweiterung, Neueinstellungen,
Änderungen oder Reparaturen durch von
KARL STORZ autorisierte Personen durchgeführt
werden,
• die elektrische Installation des Raumes, in
dem das Medizinprodukt angeschlossen und
betrieben wird, den gültigen Gesetzen und
Normen entspricht und
• das Medizinprodukt in Übereinstimmung mit der
Gebrauchsanweisung verwendet wird.

Garantie
Die Garantiegewährleistungen können Sie den Allge
meinen Geschäftsbedingungen von KARL STORZ
entnehmen.
Das Medizinprodukt ist immer an die für Sie zustän
dige Niederlassung (siehe Kapitel »Niederlassun
gen«), auch während der Garantiezeit, einzusenden.
Eigenmächtiges Öffnen, Reparaturen und Ände
rungen am Medizinprodukt durch nicht autorisierte
Personen entbinden uns von jeglicher Haftung für die
Betriebssicherheit des Gerätes. Während der Garan
tiezeit erlischt dadurch jegliche Gewährleistung.

Reparatur
Bitte wenden Sie sich im Falle einer Reparatur an
die zuständige KARL STORZ Niederlassung oder
an den zuständigen Fachhändler.
In Deutschland wenden Sie sich im Falle einer

Limitation of liability
KARL STORZ shall be liable for the safe operation,
operational reliability, and performance of this
medical device only subject to the following
conditions:
• all assembly operations, system expansions,
readjustments, modifications or repairs have
been performed by a person or persons duly
authorized by KARL STORZ;
• the electrical installation of the location in which
the medical device is connected and operated
conforms to the applicable statutes and
standards, and
• the medical device has been used in accordance
with its operating instructions at all times.

Warranty
The warranties provided can be found in the Stan
dard Conditions of Business of KARL STORZ.
The medical device must always be sent to your lo
cal subsidiary (see the section 'Subsidiaries'), even
during the warranty period.
Opening of the equipment or performance of any
repairs or modifications to the medical device by
unauthorized persons shall relieve us of any liability
for its performance. Any such opening, repair, or
modification performed during the warranty period
shall void all warranty.

subsidiary or authorized dealer.

Responsabilidad
Como fabricantes de este producto médico somos
responsables de su seguridad, fiabilidad y rendimiento
solo si se cumplen los siguientes requisitos:
• El montaje, las ampliaciones, los reajustes,
las modificaciones o las reparaciones han
sido realizados exclusivamente por personas
autorizadas por KARL STORZ.
• La instalación eléctrica de la sala, donde el
producto médico está conectado y en servicio,
se ha realizado en concordancia con la
legislación y las normas vigentes.
• La utilización del producto médico se hace de
acuerdo con lo especificado en el Manual de
Instrucciones.

Garantía
Las condiciones de garantía puede consultarlas en las
condiciones generales de venta de KARL STORZ.
El producto médico debe enviarse siempre a la sucur
sal competente (véase el capítulo "Sociedades distri
buidoras"), también durante el período de garantía.
Cualquier manipulación no autorizada, ya sea la aper
tura, reparación o modificación del producto médico,
nos exime de cualquier responsabilidad en relación
con la seguridad de su funcionamiento. Durante el
período de garantía cualquier manipulación no autori
zada rescindirá la garantía.

Reparación
Para reparaciones puede dirigirse a la sucursal
competente de KARL STORZ o bien a los
distribuidores autorizados.
