Instandsetzung
Die Instandsetzung von defekten Instrumenten
darf nur durch von uns autorisierte Personen
und unter Verwendung von Originalteilen
erfolgen.
Verantwortlichkeit
Als Lieferant dieses Instrumentes betrachten wir
uns für die Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistung
des Instrumentes nur dann als verantwortlich,
wenn:
Montage, Erweiterung, Neueinstellungen,
Änderungen oder Reparaturen durch von
KARL STORZ autorisierte Personen durchgeführt
werden und das Instrument in Übereinstimmung
mit der Gebrauchsanweisung verwendet wird.
Garantie
Für die Dauer zwei Jahren ab Übergabe an
den Endkunden leisten wir unentgeltlich Ersatz
für nachweisbar fehlerhaftes Material oder
mangelhafte Verarbeitung. Transportkosten und
Versandrisiko können dabei nicht übernommen
werden. Im übrigen gilt die in unseren Allgemei -
nen Geschäftsbedingungen angegebene Ge -
währleistung.

letzten Seite ausfüllen und möglichst umgehend

Eigenmächtige Reparaturen und Änderungen
am Instrument durch nicht autorisierte Personen
entbinden uns von jeglicher Haftung für die Be -
triebssicherheit des Instrumentes. Während der
Garantiezeit erlischt dadurch jegliche Gewähr -
leistung.
Richtlinienkonformität
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist nach der Medical
Device Directive (MDD) 93/42/EEC mit CE-
Kennzeichen versehen. Ist dem CE-Kennzei-
chen eine Kenn-Nummer nachgestellt, weist
diese die zuständige Benannte Stelle aus.
Maintenance
Servicing and repair
Defective items of equipment must be serviced
and repaired exclusively by persons authorized
by us; all repair work must employ original parts.
Limitation of liability
KARL STORZ GmbH & Co. KG shall be liable for
failure or deterioration in the safe operation, oper -
ational reliability, and performance of this equip-
ment only subject to the conditions that all as -
sembly operations, system expansions, readjust-
ments, modifications, or repairs to same have
been performed by KARL STORZ, and that the
instrument has been used in accordance with its
operating instructions at all times.
Warranty
For two years as of delivery to the end customer,
we agree to replace the goods free of charge if
proof can be provided of faulty materials or faulty
workmanship. In doing so we cannot accept the
cost of transportation or the risk of shipment. The
warranty referred to in our Standard Conditions of
Business shall apply.

Opening the equipment or performance of any
repairs or modifications to the equipment by
unauthorized persons shall release us from any
liability for its performance. Any such opening,
repair, or modification performed during the
warranty period shall void all warranty.
Directive compliance
This medical product bears the CE mark in accor -
dance with the Medical Device Directive (MDD)
93/42/EEC. A code number after the CE mark
indi cates the responsible notified body.
Conservación
Reparaciones
Los equipos averiados sólo deberán ser repara-
dos por personas autorizadas por nosotros y
utilizando únicamente piezas de repuesto
originales.
Responsabilidades
Como proveedores de este aparato, únicamente
nos consideramos responsables de la seguridad,
la fiabilidad y las prestaciones del mismo en caso
de que:
Montaje, ampliaciones, reajustes, modificaciones
o reparaciones se realicen exclusivamente a car -
go de las personas autorizadas por KARL STORZ
y el instrumento se utilice en concordancia con el
Manual de instrucciones.
Garantía
Durante el período de dos años, a partir de la fe -
cha de entrega al cliente final, procedemos a la
reposición gratuita por fallas comprobadas del
material o acabados defectuosos. No nos hace-
mos cargo de los gastos de transporte ni nos res-
ponsabilizamos de los riesgos de envío. Por lo
demás, rige la garantía especificada en nuestras
condiciones generales de entrega.
Rogamos rellenen la tarjeta de garantía que apa-
rece en la última página, enviándola lo antes

Cualquier manipulación no autorizada, ya sea la
apertura, reparación o modificación del equipo,
nos exime de cualquier responsabilidad en rela-
ción con la seguridad de su funcionamiento.
Cualquier manipulación no autorizada rescindirá
la garantía.
Conformidad con la directiva
Este producto médico está provisto del símbolo
CE según la Medical Device Directive (MDD)
93/42/CEE. Si al símbolo CE le sigue un número
de identificación, dicho número designa el
organismo notificado competente.
