• Mount the upper HANDLEBARS (5) to the console mast using 4 BOLTS (H).

Tighten with the 6MM L-SHAPE WRENCH.
• Remove the four mounting screws from the back of the console. Remove the 4
CONSOLE BACK COVER (6) screws. (R60)
• Connect the wire harness and heart rate wires that come from the console mast into
the plugs located in the back of the console.
• Attach the CONSOLE (7) to the console mast with the four bolts removed earlier in
this step from the console.
• Plug in the 9-volt battery. (R60)
• Re-attach the CONSOLE BACK COVER (6) with the four screws previously removed.
(R60)
• Attach the CONSOLE BACK COVER (6) packed within frame carton by 2 PRE-
INSTALLED SCREWS on CONSOLE (7). (R600E)

• Fix SEAT POSITION ADJUSTER (7) to the seat slider by 2 BOLTS (I) and LOCK
WASHERS (J) then tighted by 4MM L-SHAPE WRENCH.

• Fix SEAT FRAME(8) to the SEAT SLIDER(9) by 4 BOLTS (K) with 4 LOCK WASHERS(L)
and tighten by 6MM L-SHAPE WRENCH.
