OPTIMA FULL DIAGNOSTIC
КОЛЕСО № 2
• Установите колесо на станок.
• Запустите измерительный цикл.
• Отбалансируйте колесо и выполните
корректировки, предложенные режимом
Optima.
• Снимите колесо со станка.
• Откройте окно "Set of Wheels" клавишей меню
F5 (1, Рис. 7-102).
В появившемся окне будет указан номер колеса,
следующий за предыдущим, а колесо будет
обозначено другим цветом (1, Рис. 7-107).
• Выберите одну из опций клавиши F3 (Рис. 7-
107), чтобы добавить текущее колесо в
комплект.
Окно "SET OF WHEELS 2" появится
автоматически (Рис. 7-108).
Примечание: После того, как для одной стороны
автомобиля было задано два колеса, то
программа не позволит в дальнейшем
снова использовать эту же клавишу.
Для одной стороны автомобиля нельзя
задать более двух колес.
КОЛЕСО № 3
• Выполните процедуры как для колеса № 2.
КОЛЕСО № 4
• Выполните процедуры как для колеса № 2.
На этом этапе процедуры станок уже может
предложить первый вариант установки колес.
На изображении автомобиля справа колеса будут
обозначены
своим
расположены
таким
боковую тягу и вибрации (Рис. 7-109).
На данном этапе можно выбрать одну из нескольких опций:
"Optimise vibrations" (Оптимизация вибраций),
"Enter fifth wheel" (Ввод пятого колеса)
"Start a new Set of Wheels" (Начать обработку
нового комплетка колес) или
"Terminate and exit procedure" (Завершить
работу и выйти из процедуры)

WHEEL No. 2
• Mount the wheel on the balancer shaft.
• Perform the run.
• Balance the planes and make any corrections
suggested by optima.
• Remove the wheel from the balancer.
• Access the "Set of Wheels" screen from the F5
Menu (1, Fig. 7-102).
The screen page shows the wheel with the number after
the previous one and a different colour (1, Fig. 7-107).
• Select one of the keys F3 (Fig. 7-107) to enter the
current wheel in the set.
The "SET OF WHEELS 2" screen page appears
automatically (Fig. 7-108).
Note: After having assigned the wheels twice to one
side of the vehicle, the program does not allow
you to select this key again.You cannot assign
more than two wheels to the same side of the
vehicle.
WHEEL No. 3
• Perform the procedure as described for wheel
No. 2.
WHEEL No. 4
• Perform the procedure as described for wheel
No. 2.
At this point of the procedure the machine already has a
first mounting suggestion.

The image of the vehicle on the right shows the number
and color of each wheel, in the mounting position required
to reduce the PULL or the Vibrations (Fig. 7-109).
You can now select one of these options:
"Optimise vibrations",
"Enter fifth wheel"
"Start a new Set of Wheels", or
"Terminate and exit procedure" as described below.
