7.10.6 Смена рабочих режимов
Включение
и
отключение
изменение
предельных
оператором, напрямую влияют на результаты отчетов
о биениях и на работу дополнительных функций,
отображаемых на экране.
В режиме Optima можно задать собственные
значения для параметров, указанных ниже.
7.10.6.1 НАСТРОЙКИ РЕЖИМА OPTIMA
(Рис. 7-72)
A) Режим работы текущей программы.
Заводская установка: Optima Full Diagnostic.
B) Предельное значение для первой гармоники
биений колеса.
Заводская установка: 0,7 мм.
C) Порядок измерения биений колеса (если установлено
значение "Limit exceeded", то измерения будут
проводиться только при превышении предельного
значения; если установлено значение "Always", то
измерения будут производиться всегда). Заводская
установка: Always.
D) Единица измерения биений (мм или дюймы).
Заводская установка: мм.
Предельное

радиальных биений.
Заводская установка: 1,5 мм.
F) Определение размеров колеса разрешено только
для первого измерительного цикла. Данная
функция
позволяет
лазерами последующих идентичных колес в
целях экономии рабочего времени. При установке

измерительного цикла. При установке значения
"1" колеса автоматически сканируются в каждом
измерительном цикле (заводская установка).
G) Предельное значение радиального/бокового
биения первой гармоники для обода диска.
Заводская установка: 0.7 мм.

Предельное значение глубины протектора (TDI).

Диапазон 0...10 мм (0-0,400 унций). Для
отключения данной функции установите 0 или
"0,00"; значок на экране исчезнет. Заводская
установка: 1,7 мм (0,068 унций).

Changing modes of operation
The selection of certain functions (Enabled / Disabled)
and the threshold settings by the operator, influence
directly the Runout reports and the advanced functions
that the machine displays on the screens.
From the Optima Mode you can select custom settings
for the parameters listed below.
7.10.6.1 OPTIMA SETTINGS
(Fig. 7-72)
A) Sets the Operating Mode for the current session.
Preset value: Optima Full Diagnostic.
B) Limit (threshold) for wheel first harmonic radial runout.
Preset value: 0.7 mm.
C) Sets the rim runout measurement (if the value is "Limit
exceeded" the measurement occurs only if the
threshold is exceeded; if the value is "Always" the
measurement occurs always). Preset value: Always.
D) Runout measurement unit selection in mm or inches.
Preset value: mm.
E) Limit (threshold) for wheel peak to peak radial runout.
Preset value: 1,5 mm.
F) The wheel data detection scan occurs always during
the first measuring run. This function allows the
exclusion of the activation of the laser scanner in the
following measuring runs, in order to optimise the
operating times whenever it is necessary to carry out
more than one measuring run for the same wheel. By
assigning value "0" the scan occurs automatically and
only at the first measuring run, after fixing the wheel.
By assigning value "1" the scan occurs automatically
at every wheel measuring run (Preset value).
G) Limit (threshold) for the Radial/lateral Runout of the
1st Harmonic of the rim only. Preset value: 0.7 mm.
H) Limit (threshold) for peak to peak radial/lateral runout
of rim only. Preset value: 1 mm.
I)
Set the limit value for the Tread Depth TDI. The scale
is 0 to 10 mm (0-0,400 ince). Set the value 0 or "0,00"
to disable the function; no icon appears on screen.
Preset value: 1,7 mm (0,068 ince).
K) Excludes the Pull reading, in order to optimise the
operating times, when this information is not required.
The function must be enabled when operating the
advanced function "Set of Wheels". Set as "Disabled"
to cancel the Pull reading during the run. Preset value:
Enabled.
