Compatibility

The BiClamp is intended for use with the following units:
• Erbe Electrosurgical Unit VIO 3
• Erbe Electrosurgical Unit VIO 300 D

Contraindications

The effectiveness of the BiClamp for tube sterilization or tube
coagulation during sterilization procedures has not been proven.
Do not use the BiClamp for these procedures.

Environment

For the intended use, the product may only be operated in prem-
ises used for medical purposes.

Qualification of user

For the intended use, the product may only be operated by med-
ical professionals who have been trained in its use on the basis
of the notes on use.
1.6

Performance characteristics

Performance characteristics relating to the intended use are:
• Passing HF current from the connector to the distal end
• Apply pressure to the tissue
