Prepare the required panel cut-out to 138+1 x 138+1 mm (according to DIN 43700).
The unit installation depth is approx. 214 mm.
1. Push the unit through the front of the panel. In order to avoid overheating we
recommend a spacing of 10 mm to the rear and other units.
2. Hold the unit horizontally and fix the jack screws into their respective slots
(top/bottom or left/right).
3. Tighten the jack screws evenly using a screw driver.
Hint:
Further support is only required if the panel material is very thin.
Attention:
Should there be any possibility of high energy transients on long signal cables it is
recommended that an over-voltage protection unit be connected (e.g. HAW 560/562).
Please use screened cables when operating with the following signals:
• RTDs
• serial interfaces.
• Ethernet
